Racing Lab is an intimate collaboration of Hutchinson’s engineers, tire designers, and athletes, based at our historic factory in Chalette-sur-Loing. It’s where this special group meets to dream up the newest tire technology, and then make it reality. With our in-house manufacturing, we can rapid-prototype new designs, then test them in real-world conditions and analyze performances for further refinements.
The result? Tires like the Griffus, designed for the most demanding mountain bike tracks where athletes push themselves—and their equipment—to the limit. The proof? Just a few months after its launch, Isabeau Coudurier piloted the Griffus to an Enduro World Series title, winning every single round. What will Racing Lab produce next?
